This past summer, second-year Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student Brian Carr was awarded the Forgivable Education Loans for Service (FELS) scholarship from the College Foundation of North Carolina. FELS provides financial assistance to qualified students enrolled in an approved education program and committed to working in critical employment shortage professions in North Carolina for one year after graduation.
